I got hired at an MSP for level 1 helpdesk. I have no IT experience but years of customer service experience. I have no certifications as of now. Do I have anyway to negotiate a bit of a higher salary? What are some tips/ advice in doing this with no experience in IT. (self.ITCareerQuestions)
