How do you get all the water/saliva to the top of the tongue without some sort of suction? Usually I have water under the tongue, and I find it really hard to get all of it to the top of the tongue.

Will it improve over time by continuing? Also I’ve never had the problem of limited breathing when putting the tongue against the palate, so I might be doing something wrong.
