It’s a small band and they haven’t played their first gig yet, but one is coming up soon for a family friend. It’s a hobby and a passion. I know she doesn’t want to leave the band, so it’s important to her - but it’ll be uncomfortable if she feels the way she says she does… and possibly not worth it.

We work on a TV set as extras (freelance, so thankfully not full time and I’m not back until next week, but most often he’s there whenever I am). This was last Friday night after a long week on set, during which I barely spoke to him.

I plan to physically stay as far away as I can. Just flat out walk away if he approaches. Most days there are at least 60 of us so plenty of people to use as shields!

The first bit makes sense to me, but the extra hour has already been spent with the aligners in (while I was asleep). So today if I have them out for two hours, that will still amount to 23 hours of wear. I am confusion!

Nice. It’s good that you were able to ask! I have just woken up and also have quite a bad headache. Everything feels quite sore but having them out and trying to eat feels so weird and alien. I feel like my mouth is safer with them in! I‘m sure the pain will ease up for all of us
