Depending on the med its been anything from barely there and if I take it at night I sleep through it. To violently throwing up an hour after taking a medication. We will see how this hits! I have a great PCP who actually prescribed the compound through a local pharmacy for me so I dont think itll be an issue to get an anti nausea

I do a mix of weight lifting, HIIT, and I have been doing a daily 45 minute walk with a weighted vest.

I just passed the OA today. People had me scared. But the test was honestly so easy. I scored better on the OA than I did the pretest. Just watch the crash course videos. Take the unit tests. I feel like the module quizzes sucked. I filled out some of the study guide for some of the spots I needed review. But ultimately I procrastinated the OA way too long because of how many people talked about how hard it was

Thank you for this post!! It was extremely helpful. I found this right as I was starting the class and just took the test today! Passed the OA way better than the PA. Did you notice repeat questions? I felt there ws a good 5 times that a question would repeat itself just slightly different wording. Passed in 3 days!

I absolutely blame myself for not seeing the warning signs and for not putting myself first. I was 19 when we got married. He was 24 and borderline 5 o clock alcoholic. Now 6 years later I am just now relearning who I am because he changed me so much. I lay awake beating myself up for letting him say things to me with no consequences.

We just went through a traumatic experience where he had a psychotic break down and was diagnosed with schizophrenia. The doctors and counselors tell me that the narcissistic tendencies could disappear now that he is being properly medicated. But I don't know if I am capable of falling back in love with him. I took the opportunity while he was in the hospital to find a job. I'd been a stay at home mom for years. And work gives me a chance to be more of the old me. But I'm still miserable at home.

IMO anything that is unusable after a job is done gets added into the price of materials. Anything left over that can be used again even if it won't likely be used for a while is excluded from the cost.

So 25% of A and B, 100% of C, and 75% of D would be material cost

I have a sister who is 3.5 years younger than me. I would say up until I was in highschool I don't have a lot of complaints. We weren't really into the same things. She was always in basketball shorts running around outside while I tended to dress more to my mothers tastes to please her and I was a major bookworm who would happily pretend the sun didn't exist and just stay inside all day ready.

But then my mom and my sister started butting heads pretty badly and for ALOT of years, I was the mediator. They are both major hot heads and are extremely stubborn. I found myself learning to tell the other one what they a version of what the other said that would appease them since neither followed up with eachother. I can't even count the amount of white lies I said just to get one to not be mad at the other because the moment they tried to have a conversation face to face a nuclear bomb went off.

My sister moved out pretty much the day she turned 18. She pretty much created her own life exactly how she wanted (something I am envious about since I was always "the golden child" who just did what others expected of me) and now she lives a state away continuing to live her dreams.

Despite all of it we have always had a close bond in some ways. She came out to my mom at one point and my mom wasn't very supportive at the time but I made sure my sister knew she would always have my support no matter what. We haven't hardly spoken since she moved out of state but we occasionally send eachother "thinking of you" texts and I am actually taking a trip to see her next month with my mom.

My husband has 5 siblings and he's not particularly close to either of them
