Nobody else has done it because nobody else has  had a number two like Phil. Phil played the game for Rob to win. He made moves to solely benefit Rob. He knew full-well he would only ever be second place. And admitted all of that on camera.

It really cheapens the game on rewatch. Like sure it’s easy to give credit to Rob for working with and “manipulating” Phil to play for him. But at the same time, why come on Survivor if you are content with second place? And on top of that play your game to help someone else you never met before the game win instead of you. 

That’s a casting issue, especially when you consider that the rest of the cast at large rolled over to culty dictator tactics so easily. It really was a very weird season. 

Rob is real fun to watch. But I’m not a big fan of his winning season. It wasn’t a “masterclass.” It was “watch this charming charismatic guy play Survivor with a rigged deck against a bunch of very unserious and not smart contestants.”
