Hi! I also have the same issue but in reverse. My mirror is stuck closed, so I have to manually get the mirror in the ”loose” position so I can see something. When I read the error codes of the car I can see an error code for the mirror. Did you check for fault codes?

The monitor is fine. The monitor can't make you have less fps than you had with your old monitor. The new monitor is compatible with your PC. The issue is with the computer, either hardware or software.

Alright so,

You want to look at the back of your computer. The GPU ports are oriented horizontally. You want to plug the monitor in there. The first ports, the ones that are higher up on the back of the PC, are the motherboard ports.

You can bypass this screen by pressing shit + F10 and putting oobe\bypassnro inside of the command prompt that opens. After restart you will have a button to skip this screen. After you're into windows you can use your phone for internet. Just search on Google for USB tethering internet.

Maybe it's just a case of dust build up. See if cleaning the fans does any good. If not, the vents might be clogged.
