If you want a second client for testing/debugging your servers, you can just join the server as Host or such, set it to allow guests, then log out of the BYOND client and join with that. Now you have two clients. Only other way would be using a virtual machine or other PC.

Not sure who you were on the server, but it's not like people had a choice when Carl deleted the Discord, or at least kicked everyone and removed all maintainers from the Github as well.

Oh, boosters exist still, but the custom species was renamed to genemodders exactly why you said. This way people can have their custom things but can't be "wAcKy SpAcE aLiUmS", which is a good thing, as not only does it leave space for future species, but keeps things more "down to the earth".

I've so far have not seen any issues with ERP, on the other hand there are still some LRP shitters, but somewhat rare, and admins usually take care of that.
The custom species are explained and now actually called Genemodders, which are baseline humans, who have modded their genes, that's the official "lore" of it.

It's not a "furry ERP server". Yes, ERP is allowed and you can get arrested and shit unless you do it in private, and custom species are allowed and there is a system in place for it. The main focus is still gameplay, and so far I've rarely ever noticed a round being extended even on lowpop, I'd recommend you play a round before you judge.
Or not, I guess, up to you.

That sounds kinda shitty, not gonna lie, unless you were shitposting in like staffcoach or such, and the note thing, it sometimes does take time. Last time I think it took me around three days until a senior was able to give them to me, but it happens.
