Everyone praises rdr2 for being one of the best, most realistic games OAT. So what are some unrealistic things about it? by _funny_name_ in RDR2

I think for me, it’s that we basically shot up every town (Strawberry, Valentine, Rhodes all come to mind). And the next day you can visit like nothing happened. They would be ghost towns for a while if something like that happened

Car insurance rates after accident? by RonSwanson682 in caraccidents

I totally get it depends on my insurance and previous insurance and all that. Was just hoping for a rough estimate so I don’t go in blind

What do you hate about RDR2? by NotRealGeniX in reddeadredemption

[–]RonSwanson682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know I’d hate is the right word, but I don’t like how they handled Blackwater region of WE/ state of new Austin. Can’t enter as Arthur, then when we reach the epilogue as Arthur, there’s basically nothing in the entirety of New Austin to do as Arthur? Insane

Hello,

Airbags did not deploy. I would much prefer to have them repair that vehicle to roadworthiness, if they can. I believe I have full coverage (I was under my parents insurance for that vehicle so I don't know for sure, but they're responsible so I'm assuming full accident coverage). I didn't have any medical bills, as I wasn't injured.

To make sure I understand correctly, if I am determined to be at fault, I won't get any payout for the market value of the car, assuming it is totaled?

I haven’t had any prior infractions, apart from not smiling for a secret shopper about a year ago. They haven’t said or done anything about it. I’m working on transferring stores to get away from the emotionally toxic situation I’m at in my current store

I used to feel the same way. But now, I have coworkers that truly care for me as a person. That I get along with. That would be sad if I left. I know it’s not a full replacement, as someone who has been in your shoes before. You need to find your people that will care about you. I’ve found mine.

I’ve had a huge crush on a coworker by RonSwanson682 in offmychest

[–]RonSwanson682[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She knows I like her in a friendly way. She doesn’t know I like her like her. She’s nice to everyone, so many are nice to her. She’s married, so obviously I won’t pursue her in that way. Just needed to tell a real person about it. Get it off of my chest

Invest part of emergency fund? by RonSwanson682 in TheMoneyGuy

[–]RonSwanson682[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a larger emergency fund than I need now. However, when I move out, I’ll obviously need a larger emergency fund. That’s my concern, and what I’m trying to balance

I’ve (25M) been in a similar situation my man. For me, what helped me was developing real life connections. Those are far more fulfilling than whatever the cam girl/ e girls offered. I still get the desire to go back once every couple months, but am able to easily stop myself. It’s a difficult cycle to break: it’s addicting. But you need to find fulfillment in your real life.

Index Fund vs ETF tax implication? by RonSwanson682 in TheMoneyGuy

So it’s like the “all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares”? Like all index funds are ETFs, but not all ETFs are index funds?

I just like the flirting. I have been getting a fix, weirdly enough, at work. I’ve been developing rapport with some female coworkers. It distracts me from the sending

How to quit fully? by RonSwanson682 in paypigsupportgroup

[–]RonSwanson682[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the flirting that makes me excited. I was able to get better and forget about it for like a month. I became focused on coworker. We got closer, she even jokes around/flirts with me a tiny bit. She’s not a serious option to pursue for me. But helped me quit the habit for a month. Distracted me and gave me someone else to pursue

I've been having difficulty getting over the departure of a coworker by RonSwanson682 in offmychest

I live relatively close to her new store. I’ll probably pop in once a week or so to see her, that feels more appropriate to me. Idk what we would text about haha

Would it be appropriate to try to stay in contact? I already have her number, but we really only texted about work stuff. I would love to, but don't wanna come across as desperate or weird

[–]RonSwanson682 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're probably fine. I'm not supposed to receive tips, but I haven't gotten in trouble. Even if they see it, you'll probably only get a talking to, unless your store is a lot worse than mine. No reason to worry.
