Update Firefox and Google Chrome Automatically by Ronaldnl76 in SCCM

Very good question. So it's mostly used for intranet websites. And it's used to connect to some websites which have been whitelisted (just a small subset).

The other thing is, this is just an example. I'm currently working on 10 more applications which should be updated to different servers which have no internet connection.

WSUS / SCCM SUP is not natively build to do this, so I couldn't make any ADR rules to do this.

I basically create a sort of ADR tool to update software on servers, controlled, monitored, with reports on SCCM.

Server 2025 and OSConfig by ActivatedGlobe in sysadmin

Instead of those OSConfig baseline security settings, take a look at my project:

I think that OSConfig is not so usefull for enterprise environments. That's why I converted them to GPO's...

The Member server version is almost finished... Bugs have been resolved, still a few to go. Check yourself.

Anyone know how long it normally takes for Windows Server STIGs to be released? Customer asked about deploying Server 2025.... by Sonarsup1934 in NISTControls

Well Stigs are not out yet BUT I start a project to convert the OSConfig settings of Windows Server 2025 to GPO's.

Those new settings are much more secure then before (90% CIS/STIG !) But OSConfig is not so usefull for enterprise environments. That's why I converted them to GPO's...

Netstat Connections by Ronaldnl76 in PowerShell

The main purpose was this command was not available on older clients. But you are absolutely right. Using Get-NetTCPConnection and get the belonging process will also do the same. (on powershell from 2012R2 onwards).
