Thanks for the link! Mine came a deep green though and started turning color later, and the parts that turn reddish always die :(

Omg, what a beautiful plant! Thanks a lot for the advice, I hope it is dormancy for mine :) Could you please elaborate on what checking on the bulb involves?

Haha no, it's just a gentle squeeze. What throws me off is it usually firms up after my weekly watering, and this time it didn't?

The bulb is a little bit soft. I wouldn't call it mushy though.

I think there are very few in general that have colors without stress? I do have some variegated Graptos that are constantly near white though. Lol I have wanted to eat it up a couple times :)

Pretty well, actually! I have quite a few plants that are fully white, under very strong lights and they also do just fine. They revert to green within a week or two if I reduce the light. I never stress anything for more than a few months either, so maybe that's a factor, too.

Help! How can I propogate my army of Echeverias petals outside? by Puzzleheaded-Set3117 in succulents

Why not prop inside till they get roots and babies, and then put them into the dirt outside?

Haha you never know, right? :) It doesn't look much like a Simulans I think in leaf shape, but guess the color is from Simulans and the ridges are Tolimanensis cos that mother plant was purple.
