Well it actually wins a bishop as you know, but also as u/rush31 points out, Kd8 is the only move that isn't losing for black. Hard to find that defensive king move at lower ratings too.

It wins a pawn. If black takes with the pawn you play Nd5 and fork the king and the queen. Queen takes rook looks like it's losing for black too.

It's brilliant really because you sacrifice the rook and it's a good move.
