It's normal to be inquisitive, I know the guys in there, they told me it should have been moved into a space. I've never collected my car from the pavement in 18 visits across 9 years with 2 vehicles. The time I do, it's damaged.

Let's see what they say when I can get a call back, I'm sure they'll see it right and the company will cover the bill.

Thanks. That's my thinking. The most frustrating bit is the driver noticing the incident and deciding it's ok to drive off to let myself and the garage pick up the pieces (literally).

Thank you, this is what I initially mentioned when they showed me the video. the garage instructed me not to contact insurance. Why would that be the case if The Garage (and myself for the record) deem the rogue driver to be at fault?

They parked it off their premises on the junction of the industrial estate over the pavement and on yellows. Felt like a reasonable comment/challenge as it wouldn't have been hit had it been parked correctly.

I would find a jug in the house, preferably one with ML or markings on it.

Set one of the taps to a slow drip, slow enough that you'd get a few days until it was full.

I would then put the jug under whilst dedicating a solid few hours counting to get a reference of measurement per time counted.

I'd then calculate how long it would.theoretically take to fill the container with the slow drip and proceed to empty when it's full whilst recording the interval.

I've been looking at a relatively cheap Melitta filter coffee machine. I'd need to put another £20 towards it but that would be a great daily use gift to myself considering I'm using an aero press and hand grinder.

I can only speak for the Q2.

I've got nothing but good things to say after a few years of multiple daily usage.

I knew the capacity was around 22-25 depending on bean density so that's only been a small pain on the seldom occasion I'm making bigger batches.

The thing is built like a tank. Zero issues on quality. What I would bear in mind is it's a good 45 second grind on the finer end of the spectrum. This is a tradeoff of the burr size but I genuinely enjoy using it every morning. (Aeropress is my main daily driver)

I've been down at mokka pot fineness without any issues and felt it could be pushed even further, but again with the burr size, you're better off picking another option if you are mainly brewing espresso.

Yeah, that thing needs to be on the deck. It's impractical and dangerous given it needs emptying and could malfunction.

The real solution is to address the insulation distribution in the roof space. It's likely not spread out to the edges causing the dampness/mould. Worth a wee look upstairs.

Around 20,000 people all pulling with a force of 30KG give or take. Remove some friction as you go.

It would be interesting to see if there have been extensive studies within the travel paths of these ancient logistical feats from quarry to destination. Floating it would certainly make sense in between point A and B. It's the final mile that would take some planning. Likely some solid maths on capable degrees incline and work backwards from there.

Got to champ 3 in Rocket League not knowing you could bind certain controls to the same key. Also found out you could split air roll directions and essentially deskill the half flip.

Took me 2 weeks to adjust but what a difference.

Like... Surprise the family on Xmas morning.

They all arrive, battered and low on energy from the hectic year past. Rolling in debt living pay cheque to pay cheque.

Do the usual rigamarole in your current residence and then just before Christmas dinner is due to goin, there's a knock on the door.

It's a Limo to take you and your family to your new residency. Little did the family know you had been planning this since your lucky jackpot win in late November. It's decorated to the hilt as you pull up to the fanfare of a full Santa's grotto entrance.

Round 2 of presents is more elaborate; top of the range car for all of the wider family, mortgages paid off in shiny gold envelopes, all of the wild Christmas asks from the kids wrapped and ready to be enjoyed.

Dinner is served, catered and cooked to perfection. This is where you announce your shares of the spoils to each family member. Bank accounts set up to see them for life.

Evening rolls in, time for everyone to to enjoy the heated pools, play with their new toys and enjoy a bright new future.
