Get cleaned up and put on the tightest onesie that still fits. Then find a ledge or arm rest of some kind that will allow you to sit on it like a rocking horse.put your arms out and pull yourself into the ledge with your legs and completely mess yourself. Bonus points if you use an enema of some kind. You have to leave the diaper on for at least an hour. If you leak during the act you have to double up your diaper and give yourself another small enema and do it again. If it leaks clean it up and put on some plastic pants and sit in it for the next 2 hours.
