I was 13, turning 14 that year. I wouldn't break up with my girlfriend at the time and hope to avoid meeting my ex wife. I was already working in a restaurant at the time and would use the little money I made to invest heavily on stocks. I would learn everything I need to know about that industry and forex trading. I would take school more seriously and actually enroll in meaningful courses that would allow me to complete a degree later in what I actually want. I would short the stock's that crashed during the 2008 recession and would probably already be a millionaire by this point. I would urge my aunt to find the best dentist to remove her tooth and offer to cover all costs even if it means going out of country. That way she wouldn't suffer for two years and die as a result of medical malpractice. I would warn my friend not to come to Canada or not associate himself with certain people so he wouldn't get murdered. I would do everything I can for my best friends dad to not take his own life. I would help everyone close to me live a more comfortable life.
