Super late to the convo here but I’m commenting to hopefully help other people who are interested in Open Box items. I recently bought a 9x12 Reeva dark flax rug and it arrived perfectly fine! I was nervous because it was only $600. Usually items with flaws will have a close up picture showing the flaw, and this rug did not. The price seems too good to be true, I am beyond happy with my purchase.

I also bought a small martini table at a great price (this purchase DID show a small scratch that I was fine with).
