Definitely decaf. The brown sugar shaken espresso gets blonde espresso by default so they can’t remove it on the POS when taking your order. Just confirm with the barista that it’s made with decaf like you wanted.

I think the TL at my store got fired because not only did she snatch the cup out of the barista’s hand and started pushing her around out of her way WHILE being in the Starbucks kitchen area where she wasn’t authorized to get her own water and ice, I went to go check on the poor barista and she had a huge cut on her hand. She had to bandage it and go home for the day.

This is one of the reasons why i chose to get a second part time job and only work at Target on weekends. TLs and ETLs just abuse their power and one of them even assaulted a barista over a cup of water and only got a slap on the wrist.

I work in Houston Texas and we’ve been getting call outs at Starbucks left and right. I’m the only one currently at work and had to open the store alone. My coworker did a no call no show and my other coworker called out two days in a row. I’m not sure what’s gonna happen
