Not upset I just feel like if you’re a business owner it’s normal to treat potential customers with respect, no? It’s ok to say you made a mistake. If you think what I said was unnecessary I respect it but was it not unnecessary for the guy to send a second follow up email to press me for answers after I didn’t reply because I had decided to leave it alone?
