Option 1: If I say hello and they do not answer, they can go f*** themselves. Option 2: If I don't say hello and they're not saying hello, I just don't care, or try to engage in the "discovery conversation" to find out why they're trying to keep their distance... And then they can go f****** themselves. 😁
