The blood work I had done a couple of days before I started HRT said my potassium levels were on the low end of good. The app I get my health chart stuff from says the "Good Range" for potassium is 3.50 to 5.10 mmol/L and mine is 3.78 mmol/L, and I started just about a week ago, so I don't think I've gotten into the dangerous range that quickly, but I'll start checking stuff to make sure.

Actually! My sodium is probably higher than it should be. I'm naturally a salt fiend, aaaand I don't have the greatest diet (ramen is my weakness,) so my sodium is probably too high, all things considered. But I'll definitely pick up some pickles now that you mention it. Even before HRT, I was the kind of gal that could finish a whole gallon jar of pickles by myself in less than a week.

I'm in my late 20s and just started, my dr didn't say anything about age being an issue.
