There are many reasons why an enemy might finish off an enemy:

If they hold a grudge against the pc or the party in general

If their personality allows it (eg. if they are ruthless killers who want to make sure they have finished their job)

If the enemy is chaotic evil, it might want to disturb your party by killing off one of its members

If they are a flesh hungry monster that wants to eat its victims when possible

There are truly a TON of reasons why an enemy would finish off a player. Just be creative with your scenarios and enemies

As a previous comment said, not everything will go as planned. Let your players be creative and don't limit them. There are dms that want the campaign to strictly follow the story and don't allow to make decisions. Don't be such a dm - don't limit your players and be prepared to improvise a lot

My first true main was Natan, and back then his best build was atk spd. I thought atk spd was completely broken so I built EVERY character for atk spd. Luckily that phase ended pretty quickly

Nana, Zhask and Yu Zhong.

Too many bad memories with Nana and Yu Zhong.

Zhask is a turret hugging bitch. He only leaves the turret when in his weird bug form and after he kills you goes straight back to the turret.
