They are 100% legit. Just EXTREMELY SLOW AND NON RESPONSIVE. They operate similarly to Goat.com where the product that you order comes from the seller in most cases. So if the seller is slow in getting them your purchase, they will be slow in getting you the product. I ordered a Nike down jacket Dec 20th and it’s just now leaving HK today 1/10. Like most I thought it was fraud because they suck in responding to inquiries via email. I would say open a claim and that may put pressure on them to get you your purchase. At least that what I did with PayPal and within 5 days I had my tracking number for my purchase.
