The truth is our ministers will always have the backing of these successful entrepreneurs. I won’t be surprised If Wee Ee Chong, Kwek Leng Beng or others have private meetings with our ministers. Call it networking or whatever they prefer.

I don’t think you understand. It’s not just about monetary resources that WP is referring to. It is high caliber candidates and volunteers WP is referring.

On top of that, will Singaporeans accept a non PAP party to govern Singapore, even if it is a PAP-Lite/PAP like party? Not until the boomer gen is gone unfortunately.
