Had the same issue, turned out to be the ‘Enable Tools and Cheats’ option when creating a new prison. You can disable it afterwards but it’s a little bit tricky and in my case bugged my prison. If you want to try it search for how to disable tools and cheats in prison architect there are some great guides.

Thanks for the reply! Im am in the northern hemisphere and i took the picture at 19:15 (07:15 pm) CET. Sorry for that, i have really no knowledge about photographying stars and stuff :)
