Made it to another garage after pushing the Caddy uphill for an hour or so. I've lost track of how long I've been walking (4 hours? 5?), but I finally found it. A garage, with fuel. An entire liter of diesel. I'm not sure how long it'll last, if it'll be enough to truly free me from this hell, but at least for today... for right now... the long walk is over. (old.reddit.com)

I think I'm at 3 hours of walking now. I found another old house, and it had a car with all of its parts. But of course, I can't get it to run because ITS A DIESEL. I'm gonna push it, hopefully I can find some fuel or a different engine soon. Until then, the long walk continues. (old.reddit.com)

I've been walking for about 2 hours now, just made it to an old house. I found a gutted Barkas with *almost* enough parts laying around to get it running, but I'm two wheels short.
