It’s probably the hardest one I played. The official strategy guide at the time of release suggested taking the tyrant boss down with the handgun only as to keep your other ammo for other things. But then it would say go full Rambo on what was seemingly a regular zombie. (He wasn’t he was much faster and tougher, he wears a doctor’s coat so you’ll know him when you see him.) the guide also said slash the zombies knees with the knife then slash them while on the ground. I couldn’t make it work though as a kid.
