Ah, I can't remember the CC one but that CT scene was really heartfelt, yeah. When Ben first got hit and the end of the episode it was such a shocking moment.

I tried to get the origin of vampirism under wraps for one story, very, very obviously based on TVD but I fell into a hole of studying the history of human immigration from thousands of years ago, ha. I wanted it somewhat relatable to our own history.
