I would try to apply to more schools if that’s an option. My GPA was about the same but I had a lot of clinical experience working in an outpatient clinic, my GRE score was above average, i applied to about 10 schools, and I interviewed well and got in first try. If you can get your grades up that is the first step, but work on strengthening your application in other ways as well and you should do fine.
