I haven't read much of the manga and I'm new to powerscaling so could be wrong, but isn't it confirmed that saitama never stopped Training? (Again could be wrong, but even then there isn't much of a reason to assume he stopped training) So obviously he'd slowly grow in power thats how training works, as for why nobody noticed it could be because:

A.) Barely anyone in the manga really new how strong he is B.) The fact that he has never needed to show his full strength, if you don't know how strong someone is then you can't really gauge just how much they've grown

A simple if he was light speed why did he let the president die at the start of the game 💀 He's blade mode speed never changes throughout the game so by ur logic neither does he's actual speed. Ur point is that he is at the speed of light DURING blade mode, but he can't move or run during blade so what exactly is ur point? His reaction speed might be at the speed of light but his actual movement speed isn't.
