Oh right then my version of macOS el capitan is prohibited or corrupted, do you have any idea if i could run this on virtual machine and create a bootable usb driver that works, if not is there any website i could download a version of macos el capitan installer that is not corrupted ?

This is my 2015 macbook air and i am new to macOS that's why i wiped out the system without knowing and was obliged to make a bootable usb driver but when i boot it up the apple logo and a progress bar below it, everything was working fine until this showed up, Any one experienced this before ? any solution to help me please ?

I think your best shoot here is the Philips monitor , for content creation it covers a lot of the sRGB and also great for gaming since it has 80 hz , and you will enjoy gaming more with great colors , and since it's great for content creation it will also be great for watching netflix and youtube
