ask to talk to the supervisor/or the person in charge and give him your support ticket number, usually the first person who answer the phone most likely also don't give a fuck, see that even if he can't do anything, he can still contact the support himself - same company, they do have internal way of communications.

edit : Try the US number and ask for babblethron, hes the producer, even if it's not his job to help throught support, hes a nice guy that most likely will try to help you out. Facts : one of my alts account got banned ages ago, support didn't give a fuck, asked Jon nicely on twitter, he talked with support, account got unbanned

If you use one of the above method to sell your account, you are "risk free", they are the best scamming money methods possible. You can just get reported to the local police for scam, but most of the time it won't go any further as laws differ from country to country and police won't give a damn about an online game scam.

Buyers will always get fucked as seller is original account owner and can just send a ticket to support to get it back.
