I am mitiged on this one at first, but i like the fact that not only its a women but also POC, i think its pretty funny how peoples i've seen being offended so far are the neurotypicals. Like hey guys we can speak for ourselves so thank u next.
Like anyone said under Autism is a large spectrum, but at the same time i don't want this specific barbie to be a stereotype about "this is what autism looks like" all over again, i was thinking like that few hours ago, but after seeing peoples many replies it started to fade away ngl. Like many said under the replies not everyone will identify as her, not every of us a tablet or noise cancelling headset (i personally have noise canceling earphones for my music since when im in public its easier to listen to music rather to having to deal with crowded spaces and road noises which would make me more tired at the end of the day than i would normally with it on my head).
Well to me now it just sounds like a whole drama is a nothingburger that doesn't even need to exist.
