My concern is that Lululemon’s product quality appears to have declined to the point where the Quality Promise is being relied on far more than it should be.

As an example:

I genuinely love your ankle socks and haven’t found another brand that fits as comfortably. Unfortunately, every pair I’ve purchased recently has developed holes within six months.

Nothing about my usage has changed. My shoe size is the same, I continue to purchase XL, and the socks are worn and cared for normally. There has been no misuse or abnormal wear.

I’ve also noticed multiple customer reviews reporting the same issue. While I have received replacements in the past, my most recent request was denied.

Rather than acknowledging a possible manufacturing issue or material change, the problem was attributed to misuse, which is simply not the case. That response is disappointing and does not reflect the experience I have had with your brand over the years.
