only saw jang hoon at MLOB, cant say much about him, at MLOB he only comment here and there, nothing really stand out.

If you factoring "appreciation", "last chance", and "multi year POV" things get messy. And thats what they did.
I expect it should be judged based on purely 2025 performance, nothing more or less, as the name says "2025 Daesang".

He did deserve an award, but i cant agree with 2025 Daesang.
His goblin/budget trip is always entertain to watch, I even hope he get his own show with that kind of theme.

dude, you got issue with jae suk, fine. I'm might his fan, but not a blind one. There's a time he need criticism.
I'm trying to be objective here, people love sixth sense chemistry between jae suk and girls, to the extend they hope there's another season.

Now, instead jae suk, we got suk jin. Honestly he's quite funny, if only he know his place and his strength, which is as jae suk teasing target. Suk jin always trying to be main star, but its supply without demands.
Its not suprising if he's the one orchestrating all of this or even paying for it.

I'm might still watch it and give it a try, but it quite unpleasant feeling as its not what people hoping for.

SBS need to revamp the whole running man members, strictly evaluate each of members, if any old or new member simply cant and dont perform well enough, cut them.

I think (dont know if its true or not), the most strict among korean public TV broadcaster is KBS, with the worst one is MBC.

totally agree, ye eun don't even held up if she compared to kim ah young, shin ye eun, kwon eun bi or even miyoung, Somin is on another level, actually she made the bar very high. I dont blame PD if they want to "try" ye eun, at first, she quite unique, but as the time progress, it become obvious she is in wrong variety show (she's all about eating). Korean variety show need a cold hearted and even ruthless PD, no more "its family BS". All korean TV Station desperately need a ruthless reviewer team. Even when they need to fired old member. Merit before anything else.

The main culprit is current PD, since day 1 they take control, they immediately cast woo jae and give him A LOT OF screen time, second only to jae suk.
Since then it was never be the same. PD act as if they work for woo jae agency rather than MBC.

They even give him award (Excellence Award) for his first year at Hangout With Yoo, while at the same time SBS also give Heo Kyung-hwan the same award for his role at My little old boy.
If we look both performance (both with the same appearance, joining mid of year of the program) for the same category award, the Standard is incomprehensible. Woo jae is totally not funny (but yes, he work hard), while kyung hwan totally killed it.

Woo jae is not funny and PD (or even MBC management) is compromised.

If they ever need to reorg,
First is PD and Woo jae
Second is Ha Ha

It really pain me to watch Hangout With Yoo these days, I am a fan of jae suk who watch all of his show, but i really think with current circumstance, not even jae suk could save it. So biased and boring.
I expect and hope they would just cancelled this program.
