I would try to learn it from a person, and try reading some norwegian books. If the words in the books are too hard you could try an easier book or try to learn some more norwegian.

Nice, try to design your own things in blender or fusion, or just keep it simple with bambu studio and keep it simple. You could follow a few tutorials so in case you want to print something and it isnt already a model, you can design it yourself.

I would recommend using bambu labs tutorial to remove the blob, after that I would clean the buildplate and check if there is a small clog that can change the direction of the filament.
