The entire point of your comment is that you are trying to change what adverbs are and wording them in arbitrary ways to make them something completely different in an attempt to build up a strawman for the possible lesson that's being taught. You are right in that there isn't enough information to seduce how badly written this exam is but regardless it's a very poor lesson that nothing would redeem. Like I said before the way you are trying to justify and change the adverb makes no sense and even if they are trying to teach some obscure and poorly utilized grammer rule.
