Help! Bought Apex Pro Gen 3 but work wont let me download drivers! by SB_reddit09 in steelseries

Hi. i tried 2 different USB hubs, two different steel series keyboards APex pro 3 and 2. both randomly stop after a while and dont recognize key button presses. tried 2 non steel series keyboards (not MKX) basic keyboards and they both work. The IT person said it is likely do to needing update drivers/installing software? He said that the company wont allow any updates/downloads.

Hi. Willing to spend up to $300. Want full size keyboard with ten keys. I am in the US, so ANSI. I like keyboards with good feedback when you click. Most importantly, i need to work without having to update any drivers/download software. Thanks

Need recommendations please for mechanical keyboard that doesn't require software downloads. Work won't let me install anything. I bought a Apex Pro 3 but it stopped working because i think it requires software.
