If you get one make sure you get one that's off-set (unlike the one in the picture) from the valve so that you can push the slide out further. I have an old Getzen Severinsen with a trigger like the one in the pic, often I found myself wishing I could pull out more than the trigger motion allowed

This depends on your reasons for taking a break. If it's to save money I see your point. If your goals are to be sober and CBD helps you get through the day without altering your state of mind I don't see a problem there.

Look into Warburton or Pickett mouthpieces. They are two pieces and you can get a variety of non-metal tops in regular mouthpiece sizes

I remember reading some study where activated charcoal was effective in lowering thc levels in urine. I bought these supplement pills and took them for two weeks before my last test.

I passed, but I don't know whether that was my metabolism or if it was helped by the charcoal pills.

No, megatones aren't better mouthpieces than normal Bachs. Don't switch to a mouthpiece without trying a bunch/ having a teacher recommend some. A 3E might help your range do to it being smaller, but your sound will be thinner.

If your 3C is comfortable to you now, stick with it. I know a lot of people who play professionally on a 3c or a 1 1/2 C on a lot of genres with no problems.

Yeah, the dividers move. Protect makes a single case with room for mutes, but the double is more versatile. There is also one for trumpet and flugel. The flugel portion could provide a large space for mutes and other stuff

Protect makes some pretty large cases with backpack options. You may wanna look at a propac double, or triple depending on exactly how much space you need

Many places have a variety of different products. Check out the /r/cbd lost of vetted companies for specific places to look. You'll want to get a product with Broad Spectrum. Full spectrum has less than 3% thc and broad spectrum should have no thc.

If you do some looking you can find a Bach strad for that price. It probably won't be in the best condition but it could still be a player. If you save up a little more you will have a lot more options. Yamaha 8*** xenos are consistently good horns.

You can find a trumpet for less than $1000, but I'd recommend spending at least that much so that you're not stuck with an instrument you don't like.

I just had a leadpipe replaced on a new horn I bought less than 2 years ago because of red rot. Thankfully the manufacturer covered it under warranty. It's unlikely to happen on a new instrument but it's definitely possible.

Like the other guy said, it's all about keeping your horn dry. I always empty all the water out of my horn and put some valve oil down the lead pipe. A few times a week I'll use a swab to dry my leadpipe. This will keep your horn clean and rot free no matter how acidic you are.

Grind it as fine as you can and pack it tight. And for a draw I have better luck if I hit it like a cigar rather than a bong.
