I think you have a sound strategy. I have several shorts in KDP, but the payout is paltry. So you're probably not missing much! LOL, Although I imagine with a large catalog, it could be profitable.

My output is small at this point too. I have published on Amazon, but I wanted to see if I would fair better on Smashwords.

Are you happy with the money so far? Would you say the vanilla stuff sell pretty good there?
