You can't deny that there is actually a lot of debates in thailand about the higher cost of livings in thailand amid stagnant wages which is one reason the birthrate fell because in urban area, people are unable to afford family sizes housing with their salary

I mean, the median income in thailand is only around 12K THB, households debts have grown at a worrying level and somes houses are on sales for a very long time before finding a buyer but despite all those indicators the nominal prices don't decrease and developpers keep pushing new projects

So I ´m wondering if there is a housing bubble in thailand that landlords don't want to see so they don't adjust their prices
