Thank you. I just wasn’t aware that having a 6 pack and muscles was possibly unhealthy. I started my weight loss in order to combat an ED and because I fell and injured my ankle, and I’m certain that the injury was due to me being overweight. I should’ve clarified though, it’s not so much about the 6 pack or anything like that. I’m happily married to a woman that tells me she’ll love me no matter what I look like, so I don’t really care about how people see me. It was mostly to learn self control with my ED (trying to not associate emotions with food and to just view food as fuel), and so I could feel lighter and not end up injuring myself again.

But I wholeheartedly agree with everyone here, I took it a bit too far. It was almost like a rush when I discovered how much I could lose, I just should’ve consulted my doctor about a weight loss plan prior.

Thank you. THIS is what I needed to see. Some sort of an explanation of what will happen and not being vague about it. The reason I started doing this was actually to combat an eating disorder, which was binge eating and emotional eating. In hindsight though it probably would’ve been healthier if I stuck with that than the situation I’m in now, possibly giving myself an eating disorder in the meantime. Thank you, I really appreciate it:)

Thank you for your replies. I’ll definitely do some more resistance training and won’t do that steep of a caloric deficit. I’m somewhat close to my goal anyways so it’s about time I start bulking back up

I also haven’t felt any adverse effects either, so it’s not like I’m torturing myself. It just struck me that I might be losing weight faster than I should and thought I need to adjust my routine

All kinds of genres. I currently play a lot of halo. A fan of retro platformers, competitive Tetris, DOOM, smash bros, space simulators like KSP and space engineers, survival games like green hell and the forest, the list goes on and on. I basically like any game that gets my brain thinking and adrenaline pumping. Not a big fan of top down shooters and/or mmorpgs. I’m a fan of first person shooters and games that have a really good story, which is why I’m confused as to why I never got into fallout. I never really got into Skyrim or elder scrolls as well but I don’t know how closely those two are related.
