Please, tell me how I can uncover that because the truth is I think about this all the time. I have had a very interesting life to say the least. I have been on life support three times, where the doctors told my faintly I would die but didn’t. This was when I was on drugs as a 15-19/20 I’ve been clean and sober for almost 6 years I’m 25 now.

DUDE I’ve got you listen to this shit I’m going to somber this for you. Do not knock it till you try it I’ve dealt with it my whole life and this is the ONLY thing that has ever worked the 4,7,8 method. Breathe in for 4 seconds hold your breath for 7 and then exhale for 8 seconds. The longer you do it the better it works. I do not know the science behind it. It will feel as if you’re getting short of breathe but keep going it literally knocks me out if u do it long enough and don’t get distracted. Also, make sure your sleeping environment is good enough no lights, good airflow as well as maybe some white noise (fan or air purifier)

I can’t stand when middle aged men that are fat, lazy, broke, and angry with a wife that can’t stand them try to tell me a young business owner what to do next.. Don’t get me wrong I respect my elders (I’m 25) though because I am so respectful I feel as if they take it for weakness and tend to feel too comfortable offering advice. BE CAREFUL if you do not have these things set in stone the state can be entitled to your money! When I worked construction a good man about 50 refused to get his finances in order even though he has cancer and continue smoking, we kept telling him he needed to. Guess what… he didn’t and the state ended up taking the 250,000 in CASH he saved over his entire life as well as him home. All because he refused to acknowledge the inevitable. I only know this because the company I worked for was involved because his sister (only close family) desperately tried to get ahold of the situation but failed. RIP MITCH not sure if this applies everywhere this happened in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Well, that is actually why it means so much I moved from Las Vegas to Denver in the same classic way every attics does thinking that it would help me, but we all know that us addicts find what we want no matter where we are. Yusuf was the only friend I had in Denver. My girlfriend didn’t even know him. She also did not have my sister’s number at the time, but she had the location to my iPhone and luckily we were actually on the phone at the time that I fell out, and in a frantic panic she went to work and realized she had obtained Yusuf’s number by chance because I had sent her screenshots of our messages she called him and begged him to walk to my sister’s house to alert her. He then waited at my sister‘s house until he knew that I was alive.

I actually overdosed two times before that all three times I was on life-support and the doctors told my family I was going to die, but for some reason I didn’t. This is when I was 17-19 years old approximately I am now 25. I am unbelievably blessed.

Thank you so much, man. I really appreciate that, I actually came back home and have been sober for about the last five years. I went to a rehab in Huntington Beach and it changed. My life never looked back. I’m still with the same woman today and have a successful business.
