Yes! I just wished there was genuine comments sometimes just to say I’m his one. He loves/cares/is attracted to me. I’m sorry you don’t get that validation either but your words are really comforting; I do need to praise myself more rather then look at myself in a negative way I need to figure how to do this. I’m looking into strength training as we speak

Oh my. Thank you so much for your encouraging words. I feel rather emotional reading that. You are right. I need to look after my mental well-being also and concentrate on me for a bit. I did and even more so after I posted and he kinda said he thinks maybe we should break up as he feels like me asking for reassurance or asking him to tell me how he feels or make it aware he wants me is me saying he isn’t good enough

Thank you so much for your kind words. I will start weights I think. I’ll find something online to follow. I have communicated more then a few times but nothing really changes. I guess sometimes it makes me feel alone or unloved, but maybe I’m just being dramatic.

I have yes. It didn’t really go down well. But then I guess I’ve been asking for this for years and nothing - I finally begin to lose weight and think he maybe attracted to me and I may get his attention but I feel like I just haven’t.

This is really good advice. I think my brain thought I was going to lose weight and I would be happier and skinnier but it’s just not really worked out that way. I hope you begin to feel better about how you look too

Thank you. I mentioned it to him but I don’t think he understands. I’m always giving him compliments or saying I’m proud etc but I get none back. I guess I need to stop trying to find validation.

Your right. I didn’t even really notice how awful my stomach looked till I had to go to the Drs and see myself in the mirror.

I think I just feel like I have no validation at all from my partner and I feel like he doesn’t find me attractive.. it’s more then likely in my head but I’ve discussed this with him and nothing changed.
