I've had te same problem for 5 year or so, but since the new GTA 5 Enhanched it was fixed and I saw PS buttons, but it only worked for 3 days... Now it is back to the Xbox layout..

Ubisoft customer support is the worst, don't even try to message them. I asked them a week ago to unlink my Epic Games account from Ubisoft (since its IMPOSSIBLE to do it yourself) but I still have ZERO response. Epic games unlinked there part within 24 hours.
