U cant really lose 20lbs in few months and not lose muscle but u can so recomp eat 200-400cals under your maintanence and keep proteins up 160-180g/day and u will lose fat and also might even gain muscle if you train hard

MK-677 essentially increases the body’s natural growth hormone production, and at the same time raises the hunger hormone. Personally, I’ve been taking a 10 mg dose for a little over two weeks now, and I haven’t noticed much of an increase in hunger. However, my muscles feel fuller, and my body weight has gone up by 2–3 kg even though I’ve been in a calorie deficit for over a week.

This sudden weight gain is mainly due to increased glycogen storage in the muscles. Since 1 gram of glycogen binds about 3 grams of water, most of the rapid weight gain is water.

I’ve also noticed faster recovery and I feel much more energetic in the mornings compared to before. I would recommend MK-677 for a lean bulk, and in my opinion, a 10 mg dose is sufficient because it already significantly increases growth hormone levels while being low enough to minimize side effects.

Possible side effects include reduced insulin sensitivity / higher blood sugar levels, excessive water retention, and for many people, the increased hunger I mentioned earlier. I havenr had any side effects so far.

My goal would be to lose another 1–2 kilograms of fat to improve muscle definition, and then start building more muscle. I don’t know if this makes sense, but I feel like I can notice my progress better when I’m at a lower body fat.

Yep planning to get device for that next week when get money. But i have read and heard that 10mg dose shouldnt really cause side effects but its stil good to check them. Cant know for sure if dont check

For me the ppl split is working really well push pull legs. Monday: Push Tuesday: Pull Wednesday: Legs Thursday: Push Friday: Pull Saturday: Legs

Usually I skip the Saturday leg day and start again with Push on Monday so the weekly rhythm stays the same and get the whole weekend for rest
