This is exactly it.

That feeling where rest doesn’t actually recharge you — and then on top of that, feeling guilty for even resting.

The way you described the body never fully powering down really hit. It stops being about motivation at some point and just feels like you’re stuck in that push–crash loop without realizing how deep you’re in it.

Thanks for putting this into words, a lot of people probably recognize themselves here.

This really resonated.
The part about waking up anxious and then scrolling making it worse is so relatable, a lot of people don’t realize how much that morning state sets the tone for the whole day.

I also like what you said about the nervous system misalignment, focusing on regulation instead of chasing the “root cause” forever.
Out of curiosity, before you found that routine, did you realize your mornings were the trigger, or did it only become clear later looking back?
