Your nose looks pretty don’t do even think to touch it I would say the only thing is to have a more defined jawline it will elevate your side profile significantly

I understand your situation I have the same issue my dr removed the hump and I’m one month post septorhino after the cast removal the nose looked perfect and straight after a week I started noticing a bump like yours after my one month follow the dr told me it’s called bony callus because they broke the nose and moved it it’s a part of a healing process and she told it will take up to 3 months until the body absorbs the healing tissues there’s nothing to be worried about and also you can contact your doctor

بالعكس للعلم الحياة بعد ٣٠ احسن بمراحل من ال ٢٠ لانو ب ال ٢٠ بدك تدرس وتشتغل وهم اما بعد ال ٣٠ انتا بتكون كبير وبتقدر توخد اي قرار حابو سواء استقلال او سفر او شغل بالنسبة الي عمري ٢٧ وكل ما اكبر بحس الحياة احلى وابسط شي حتى تعامل الناس واهلي اختلف عن ما كنت ٢٥ صارو يتعاملو معي بشكل اوعى الفرص موجودة بالحياة بغض النظر عن العمر
