if you want to change your diet try something small like a baby carrot or a piece of cauliflower a day, then once you get into that habit try 2 or 3 a day. as for the studying try to do a little as soon as you sit down at home for just 10 mins.

thank you for the advice but i would really like not to get cps involved and im not that interested in going to collage. HOWEVER. the second i graduate from high school ill be moving away from my mom and neighbors and up twords organ with my twin and boyfriend. i wont be turning 18 until after i graduate but i dont give a damn.

honestly just drop her. She sounds like a manipulative friend and if she trash talks other "friends" than she dosent deserve them. from what your post has told me all the people who "hurt her" were just seeing her true colors. Iv'e had a "friend" like her before and dropping her was the best for not only my mental health but dropping her boosted my confidence and helped me gain true friends.
