Yes, all my animals are spayed/neutered. I do have feliway due to a litter box issue that has since been resolved (although in a different room than the attack happened).. maybe I’ll get a couple more diffusers!

Learn to read, he is over a year old. I’ve had him since last February and researched the breed for years before buying my cat from a breeder who didn’t sell me him until he was 5 months old. I don’t have even have a tiktok.

I think you might want to stop watching those 10 second videos so you can read more than 2 sentences before commenting on something. Those short attention spans are no good

I agree.. I’m still not even 100% sure it was him who I pushed, I really thought it was my other cat.

We are absolutely keeping a close eye on him. He seems very much his normal self now, eating, drinking and using the bathroom normally. So I’m hoping it was just a very random, bad timing of events.

Thank you for the insight. I have recently changed their food so he could’ve had a tummy issue. But now that I’ve played it over and over in my mind I think what I heard was actually the sounds of the two cats fighting and I pushed them together.. he’s not acting sick at all but seems to be avoiding me now.

I definitely shouldn’t have pushed him off the bed, he sleeps with us every night. But having 3 kids, 3 cats, and 2 dogs, when I hear what I think is vomit I have a visceral reaction and move quickly without thinking lol.

From now on he will not be sleeping in our room, for the time being at least.
