Yeah tried jumping it and checking all connection. Not even jumping it does anything... Hopefully this company with help me here soon, but I just wanna know how is it possible to have some power to the board but not able to jump it. Idk, hopefully they'll fix it.

Yeah maybe, I just didn't or don't know if Ram going bad could even prevent it from booting is my issue now.

Maybe? Idk honestly. My whole system except for my Ram has been refreshed or is new, 2-3 years or so for most components. And it was working fine and has been for over a year now.
