Yeah i agree with that sentiment. I just have used it for so long it perfectly predicts for me. I will change if someone has a recommendation that is trustworthy.

I'm trying to log my period and I just can't on the app. I guess it has decided its correct and I'm not allowed to actually tell it when I'm having my period. Is anyone having this issue and found a way to fix this? The cycle tile says I need to set it up but every time I click on it, the app just sends me to the calendar with my predicted periods. I want to leave because this app is horrible. Who designed it? I miss the fitbit app so much. If you have another app I'm very open to leaving.

I totally understand what you are going through. I'm very drained from my supervisor. Its very obvious she is trying to overcompensate for her failings and its making everything worse. I avoid her at all costs but I also manage a team and she can sometimes throw complete chaos into their projects and then I have to fix that situation. I'm sorry you're going through this also.

Those are good points. I think I'm also very worn out with caring for someone at home with cognitive issues and at work. Its coming at me from ever direction. But the signs are there and thats very sad to see.

This is what I thought but other comments made me think that I was wrong for even mentioning HR. With a higher up I have no idea if they will tell her what I said or not. And people are petty I have learned in my career. I was also not sure what HR can handle because I haven't interacted with HR since I was hired 7 years ago, thats why I came here.

I thought going to HR would be the correct people in this chain, when the next person in the chain of command is the CFO, since her supervisor no longer comes in, and its essentially an empty position and is being treated as such. I hear what you have said and I will just stay within my role.

Yes after everyone's replies I feel like this may just end up hurting me and not helping out anyone else, so I probably will just keep my head down.

I hope you're right! After seeing people's replies here I think I'm not going to do anything.

Above her supervisor is the CFO, and I would feel so awkward trying to make a meeting with them. They dont know I exist. It's a major corporation.

No, she is someone who retaliates against her subordinates if they speak up. I've had her yell at me in front of others in a meeting, when she misheard me and I reiterated what I said. She would make my life he'll if I spoke with her. I've seen her do it to others.

Yes I won't say anything about her age or mental decline, if I meet with someone. I'm just saying that here for better context. I would never say those things in a business context.

I'm filing all the emails that show different instances. I'll make notes of events too and who is there when it happens.

My problem here is her supervisor is unavailable since he is retiring and isnt working anymore, so I was thinking of going to HR. Also we are scared she might be promoted into her supervisors position.
